Fill up - Green Smoothie


Green smoothies are one of the fastest and easiest ways to get in a quick nutritious meal. The health benefits include a boost of energy, help with weight loss, gives you glowing skin,  it’s full of antioxidants, and perfect fast food!


2 cups greens; Spinach, kale, romaine, bok choy

2 cups liquid; water, coconut water, coconut milk, almond milk

1 organic green apple, chopped and cored

½ cup organic cucumber

½ cup cilantro

Juice of one lemon

Directions: Blend up and enjoy!

I love adding chia seeds to my smoothie, it gives you energy and helps you feel full longer and it’s a great source of fiber.

You can always add 1TBS to any smoothie recipe you like!

There is no set green smoothie recipe, experiment with ingredients and find something you look forward to drinking.
