Our initial wellness consultation,  will guarantee a customized plan to meet your individual needs. Whatever your wellness goals include, I'm here with you every step of the way. After our initial wellness consultation, we can decide together what program will suit your needs best. I offer a 4, 6, or 12 week plan. Each of these plans includes an in-depth program to help you with achieving sustainable lifelong habits.

About + Education

My passion to help others feel better about their self and health started when I learned how crucial food affects our mood and health. After several years of studying in the health and wellness field, I hold an Executive Master in Preventive Health and Nutrition, am a certified Health Coach, and in the process (almost done!) of becoming a certified practitioner in Eastern Medicine. I'm also a certified personal fitness instructor and genuine human who cares very much about helping you reach your goals! Let's do this!
